The Staff Retention Dashboard now includes the most recent year of retention data. This dashboard displays quantitative analyses of retention of different staff groups. There are three district wide analyses: retention by bargaining unit, retention of school leaders, and retention of teachers. There is also a deeper dive analysis into teacher retention at school sites as well as teacher retention by demographics (race, gender, age).

For OUSD Staff: Initial ELPAC data is now included in our progress monitoring dashboard and is updated weekly. Summative ELPAC data for students tested outside of OUSD is updated once a month. Aggregate level data is accessible to anyone with an OUSD username (first.last) and password. Student level data is open to Central Office and School Leadership. Looking for something more teacher focused? Check out our new Distance From Criteria (DFC) dashboard and Scatter Plot designed specifically for teachers. Note: Load times for Central Office staff using the DFC dashboard will be slow.

The 4-Year Cohort Graduation and Dropout Rate Dashboard shows percent and number of OUSD students who completed high school as graduates or non-graduate completers, or who were still enrolled or had dropped out four years after first entering the 9th grade. The data comes primarily from CALPADS student-level data, and now distinguishes the students who graduated meeting UC/CSU "A-G" college entrance requirements. Dashboard "D.I.Y." view lets users disaggregate data by up to 3 of 8 available student subgroups (e.g., ethnicity, newcomer, special ed).

This dashboard allows you to choose a single student and view their progress in meeting the OUSD graduation requirements as well as the UC/CSU entrance requirements. This is not an official transcript, but is designed to serve as a guide for identifying where students are falling off track.
Contact: Juan Du, Director of Analytics, RAD, juan.du@ousd.org For Principals and Site Leaders - CSDR -- Comprehensive Student Data Roster -- RAD's student-level "database in a spreadsheet" was updated on Monday November 18, with fresh course grade, attendance and suspension data points. Fall Literacy scores -- Reading Inventory, F&P, DRA -- and Elementary IABs are now included. Details about the 100+ data points included in CSDR. CSDR is updated six times per year in a schoolwide version and in a broken-down-by-Teacher edition.

Explore whether your students are meeting or exceeding annual growth targets and compare growth rates for students at different performance levels. The dashboard allows the user to measure growth for groups of students over any time period desired – from the Fall administration of 2011-12 to the Fall administration of 2019-20.

CAA Science assessment window is now open, and more than 100 5th, 8th, and High School students who receive Special Ed services are required to take this test.
The dashboard is updated daily from OUSD data sources, and monthly from CAASPP sources that identify the 12th graders who have already taken their CAA Science assessment. Contact: Data Team, RAD, data@ousd.org For OUSD Staff: The SBAC "DFS" Dashboard now contains the latest scores from Spring 2019 SBAC and four prior years. DFS (distance from standard) scores are a favorite for comparing results among grade levels and for measuring student progress. This dashboard includes a new "DIY" option for disaggregating the average DFS scores by up to four demographic dimensions. For OUSD Staff: This dashboard looks at the over/under representation of students receiving at least one office referral and at least one suspension by ethnicity for four student groups; all students, foster youth, homeless youth, and students receiving special education services. All student numbers are from flags in Aeries.
