Designed specifically for school leadership and teachers, this report provides summaries of ELL progress with student level visuals showing how far a student is from meeting reclassification criteria. Ideal for school site leads and teachers. Load times are slow for district and network level staff.
Scatter plots allow users to identify relationships and correlations in data. This dashboard visualizes 2018-19 ELPAC Scale Scores across the X-Axis and the most recent F&P, DRA and RI across the Y-Axis, and uses shapes and colors to visualize additional reclassification criteria. Hover over any shape to jump to a student's ELL Snapshot.
The ELL Snapshot is a one page report available for every ELL student and is best used as a conversation starter about the importance of reclassification and the requirements need to reach reclassification. RFEP Snapshots are also available for students sliding in their performance on the RI.
For 2018-19, reclassification rates should not be compared directly to past years because of changes in state testing requirements and the establishment of new state criterion for reclassification. You can still access historic reclassification rates here for reference.
