For OUSD staff: The Staff Retention dashboard displays analyses of retention of different staff groups. There are three districtwide analyses: retention by bargaining unit, retention of school leaders, and retention of teachers. There is also a deeper dive analysis into teacher retention at school sites.
For the public, see public version of same dashboard HERE. Please contact Jeanette Wickelgren at [email protected] with any questions. The Comprehensive Student Data Roster is a student-level Excel spreadsheet containing as many as 100 data points for each pupil.
