ENROLLMENT DASHBOARD SHOWS 15-YEAR TRENDS!

For use by the public and OUSD staff: Our Enrollment Dashboard has been updated with CDE's 2016-17 Enrollment figures. District-run schools and OUSD-Authorized charter schools are included

State CDE's figures are from the annual Fall Census Day in October, and allow disaggregation by grade, gender, and ethnicity.

Explore enrollment distributions and trends as far back as the 2000-01 academic year. (School location data in the Enrollment Map is available starting in the 2009-10 academic year.) For questions about these dashboards, please contact

For OUSD Staff: the COST Referrals dashboard is now available!

The Coordination of Services Team (COST) is a school site multidisciplinary team that provides early identification, intervention, service coordination and monitoring of progress for students experiencing academic, attendance, behavior/social, or health problems that impact school success. View COST referrals and referred services at district, network, and school level by student demographics. Data updated monthly.

For OUSD Staff. The Course Grades Dashboard allows you to select an individual course or a group of courses and view the grade breakdown by marking period. Additional filters allow you to view the data by school, subject, student group, etc.
