Updated Math C-EoU Dashboard for Secondary Schools Now Available!

For OUSD staff: Math C-EoU dashboard now includes results for Secondary Math 
Cumulative End of Unit (C-EoU) assessments conducted January 11-22.  Expectation was that 14,463 assessments would be administered to 14,212 students and scanned into Illuminate by January 25. Overall participation rate was 60%.

Fast Facts 2015-16 is now available. Fast Facts was designed to give you quick access to basic numbers and information on OUSD. What is our total enrollment? What is our total number of schools? What percentage of our student population is eligible for free or reduced price lunch? All these answers and more can be found on our simple to use infographic.

New CELDT Performance Dashboard Now Available!

For OUSD staff: California English Language Development Test (CELDT) performance dashboards are now available. The CELDT has three purposes:

1. To identify students who are limited English proficient
2. To determine the level of English language proficiency of students who are limited English proficient
3. To assess the progress of limited English proficient students in acquiring the skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English

This dashboard is based on annual assessment data and looks at performance levels from 2011-12 to 2015-16.

NEW! Elementary Math Cumulative End-of-Unit Dashboard Now Available

For OUSD Staff: Math Cumulative End-of-Unit dasbhoards now available for the Fall 2015 test administration ending on November 20th. The cumulative end-of-unit assessments were administered in Illuminate. Selected student scores -- Performance Task, Constructed Response, Selected Response, and Overall -- are now also treated in an interactive dashboard. ​

  • Participation Rates: Overall, 92.5% of students due for assessment were given the appropriate T&L Math test instrument. Disaggregate your school's participation figures by grade level, course, and by demographic subgroups.
  • Performance Bands: Districtwide, 8,967 students (45.5%) scored "At or Above Proficiency" in the Performance Task question group. Drill down to student level results (user permission required).
  • Median Percentage-Correct: On a fine-grained scale from 0 to 100, comparison scores lend immediate insights.
