In the summer of 2014, the Data Team produced over a dozen reports that were used to help principals and central office leadership engage in reflection and planning during Oakland Unified School District’s annual August leadership retreat. These reports have been made available to the public and can be accessed HERE through our Public Data Reports link on our reports page. Some of the reports made available include:
1. High school data related to A-G, Advanced Placement, California High School Exit Examination, graduation, and Linked Learning
2. Chronic absence and suspension data
3. District benchmark performance data
4. Reclassification of English Language Learners
Overall districtwide reports are available under 00_OUSD_Districtwide and aggregate school reports are located in separate school level subfolders. Each report includes 3 years’ worth of data and disaggregation by subgroups where available (gender, ethnicity, free or reduced price lunch…etc). When student totals are less than 11, summary results are hidden to protect student confidentiality.
