For internal OUSD staff: The Comprehensive Student Data Roster is a student-level Excel spreadsheet containing as many as 100 data points for each pupil.  A school-wide CSDR is available for download for each of OUSD's 86 district-operated schools.  Please note that you must be signed into your OUSD Gmail in order to access the "Protected Student Level Data" folder. If you're having trouble viewing this folder, please contact Rattana Yeang for support.

The CSDR draws from separate data sources to bring together:
1. Demographics 
2. Enrollment (current school, current class schedule)
3. English language fluency subgroups
4. Assessment score series from State and District Assessments
5. Engagement metrics (attendance and suspension data)

Student performance metrics fresh from Fall 2015-16 reports include:
1. Fall 2015 Literacy Assessment Scores (SRI, F&P, DRA),  Fall 2015 Math Screening (SMI)
2. SBAC ELA and Math (Scale Score, Achievement Level, and 'Claim' sub-scores)
3. CST/CMA/CAPA Science (for Spring 2013 through Spring 2015)
4. College & Career Readiness (CAHSEE, Credits Completed, PSAT, EAP) 
5. Secondary Early Warning flag (series for each marking period since Fall 2014)
6. Secondary GPAs for marking period and cumulative (total, academic, weighted, non-weighted)

Oakland Unified School District's K-12 enrollment figures for 2015-16 are now available.  You can download them immediately through the links provided below.   Additional school-level enrollment statistics are available at  OUSD Intranet > Knowledge Center > Data Reports - Internal > 00_OUSD Districtwide > Enrollment.  Data is provided in Excel format and is disaggregated by either:

1. Grade and School (AERIES PRELIM)
2. Ethnicity Percent and School (AERIES PRELIM)

These preliminary estimates are drawn from Aeries on the CALPADS Fall Census Day (10/7/2015).  Final, official enrollment figures for 2015-16 will be calculated and published by the CA Dept. of Education, in April 2016, based on a certified OUSD data submission to CALPADS.

For OUSD staff: The first monthly suspension reports for 2015-16 are online now.  Summary reports "Students Receiving Suspensions," and "Out-of-School Suspension Incidents," for YTD (2015-09-30) are shared as PDF files in the Districtwide - Suspension - 2015-16 folder, for access by all OUSD Employees.  Supplemental spreadsheets and method notes are also shared there, in the "Suspension Report Companion Spreadsheets" Excel workbook.

32 schools recorded OSS incidents to Aeries.  Leadership for those sites can find further data detail in two special spreadsheets -- "OSS Suspension Incidents" and "OSS Suspended Students Roster" -- in their school's Protected Student Level Data folder.
