For OUSD Staff: The Comprehensive Student Data Roster is a student-level Excel spreadsheet containing 100 data points for each pupil. A school-wide CSDR is available for download for each of OUSD's 89 district-operated schools. Please note that you must be signed into your OUSD Gmail in order to access your "Protected Student Level Data" folder. If you're having trouble finding your folder, please contact Rattana Yeang for support.
The CSDR brings together: 1. Current school and course enrollment details and recent course grades 2. Comprehensive demographic variables, including ELL fluency subgroups 3. Assessment score series from SBAC and key Districtwide Assessments 4. Attendance, suspension, and readiness metrics toward graduation and college/career.
