Student level snapshots for English Language Learners are now available for grades 3-12. This Snapshot was designed to help you understand what the process of reclassification is with supplemental data that you can act on.
In each Protected Student Level Data folder you will find one PDF file sorted by teacher, fluency subgroup, grade, and then student name. Data points include performance levels from 3 years worth of California English Language Development Test (CELDT), Fall Lexiles for the Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI), English results from the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE), and Marking Period 2 grades. Data points for Fountas & Pinnell is included when available, however users of the report are expected to fill in DRA results manually if needed. Because Reading and Writing report card grades at the elementary school level are not readily available to our department, users of the report are expected to fill in this information manually as well.
This report is based on data as of December 14, 2014 and was produced on January 12, 2015. Note that the underlying data for this report is based on the Comprehensive Student Data Roster (CSDR) as of Marking Period 2. For more detailed student level data, please refer to the CSDR also located in the Protected Student Level Data folder. If you have problems accessing the Protected Student Level Data folder in our Internal Google Drive, please contact Rattana Yeang.
