The Comprehensive Student Data Rosters is a student-level Excel spreadsheet containing as many as 100 data points for each pupil. Updated school-wide CSDRs are available for download for each of OUSD's 86 community schools and an alternative collection of teacher-specific -- "only my students" -- CSDRs is also provided. For the full list of updated data points, click HERE. Please note that you must be signed into your OUSD Gmail in order to access the Protected Student Level Data folder. The CSDR draws from separate data sources to bring together:
1. Demographics
2. Enrollment (current school and teacher(s), 2013-14 and 2014 summer school)
3. English language fluency status (recently re-calculated on October 24)
4. Assessment score series from OUSD Benchmark and California State standardized instruments
5. Engagement metrics (attendance and suspension data)
